Boian, William R. "Bill", age 79 of West Milton passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 13, 1933 in Martinsville, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Ethel (Baumaster) Boian, wife Alice (Cunningham) Boian, and his son Mark Boian and brother Gilbert Boian. He is survived by his beloved children, son Jerry Boian-Ohio, daughters and sons-in-law Christine and Ron Falkey-Florida, Terri and Monty Parson, Lisa Kennedy, Lori Boian, Jane Boian, and Leslie and Terry Planitzer all of Ohio, eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Bill was a 32 degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite. He was also active for many years with the Antioch Shrine in the Kentucky Colonels, Little Red Cars, and Hillbilly units and Provost Guard. He served his country proudly in the Marine Corps on active duty during the Korean War. Bill loved the Lord. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 18,2012 at the Dayton Veteran's National Cemetery, 4100 West 3rd Street, Dayton officiated by his friend, Pastor Terry Whitley. Military Honors will be held at the cemetery. The family would like to thank Viaquest Hospice for their compassionate care and support
