William H. Wetenkamp, an old resident of the county died Friday at
his home on South 20th Street. The deceased located here in 1850
and up to two years ago resided at Rapids where he was a millwright
and farmer for many years. He was married to Jane McLaughlin, who
with seven children survive him. They are: Mrs. E. A. Dow, Frank,
James and Jessie Wetenkamp, all of this city, George of Athems and
Mrs. Wm Drumm and Albert of Rapids. The funeral was held Sunday
afternoon. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery.
