EMMA WAGNER (d. 1955)
Miss Emma Wagner, 76, of 738 S. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Sunday
morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a brief
illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Mittnacht
Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Gervase J. Zanotti of the First
Presbyterain Church will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Wagner was born Jan. 21, 1878, at Gilman Station, N.Y., daughter
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wagner. She came with her parents in
1892 to Manitowoc and was employed for 20 years as a garment finisher
by the Wisconsin Knitting Mills of Manitowoc. For the past 26 years
she had made her home with a brother, John.
Survivors include two brothers, John of Manitowoc and Frank of Milwaukee,
three nieces and a nephew. A brother, William, died in 1951.
Friends may call at the funeral home until the hour of service.
