REYNOLD E. VOLLENDORF

Reynold E. Vollendorf, 63, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died early morning morning (sic)
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Glenn H. Unke will officiate with burial in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Vollendorf was born Oct. 24, 1912, at Manitowoc, son of the late Adolph and
Josephine Peterick Vollendorf. He attended Manitowoc area schools and was employed
at the Manitowoc Shipbuliding Inc., until his retirement in 1972 due to ill health.
He married Antoinette Meyer Aug. 1, 1936, at Menominee, Mich. He was a member of
Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church and a former member of Boilermakers Union
Local 443.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, (private), and a brother, Adolph, of
Manitowoc and six grandchildren, (private).
Friends may call at Schneider-Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday until 11 a.m. Thursday, when the casket will be moved to the church
where the body will lie in state until the time of service.
