HENRIETTA B. REUTHER
Mrs. George C. Reuther, 91, formerly of 814 S. 14th St., Manitowoc,
died early Friday morning at Anna M. Reiss Home, Sheboygan, where
she had resided 10 years.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Paul Blaufuss will officiate and burial will be
in Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Henrietta Behrens was born Feb. 7, 1870, at Milwaukee,
daughter of the late Frederick and Mary Hoffer Behrens. She came
to Manitowoc when a young girl with her parents where she married
Jan. 25, 1880, to George C. Reuther. Her husband, who died in May
of 1928, was a former register of deeds of Manitowoc County.
Surviving her are a son, Elmer H. Reuther, of Sheboygan, a
granddaughter (private) of Green Bay and several nieces and a nephew.
Two sons, Lester and Frederick, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday.
