Mrs. Hazel Jewel Caldwell, age 92 of Lithonia, died Sunday, August 10, 2014. She was preceeded in death by her spouse, Melvin Caldwell; and son-in-law David Patrick. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Lester and Ellen Caldwell, Conyers, Tim and Mary Anne Caldwell, Loganville; daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Louis Moore, Jonesboro; daughter, Vickie Patrick, Conyers; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Scot Ward Funeral Services Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Joe Hughes and Pastor Doug Ferguson officiating; interment will follow at Hillandale Memorial Gardens.
