Mrs. Bullock was a native of D'Lo, Simpson County, Mississippi; longtime resident of the Mississippi Coast; attended high school in Ocean Springs; was a member of Highland Baptist Church; resided at Miramar Nursing Home for the past four years; and was a homemaker and beloved mother of eight children.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse James Bullock; a son, Randall Keith Bullock; and two brothers, Tony Stockstill and George Stockstill. Survivors include four sons, Terry Bullock of Alabama, James Bullock of Richmond, Virginia, Robin Bullock of Monterey, LA, and Johnny Bullock of Aztec, New Mexico; three daughters, Carolyn Levens of Ocean Springs. Lessie Bullock of Bay St. Louis, and Jessica Bullock of Biloxi; one brother, Ray Stockstill of Biloxi; three sisters, Shirley Brunson, Tanzy Hartford and Rhonda Flowers, all of Biloxi; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Riemann Funeral Home, 25th Avenue, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001, at Highland Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Southern Memorial Park.
