Phyllis Riggle Wade On Monday, July 30th, 2012, Phyllis Riggle Wade, age 52, of Manassas, VA, passed from this life after battling Ovarian Cancer for over three years. Preceded in death by her father, Richard Riggle. She is survived by her mother, Martha Riggle of Wytheville; her loving husband, Mike of Manassas; step-children, Clinton Wade of Manassas; Amy (Josh) Bradfield and step-granddaughter, Tatum Bradfield of Gainesville; sister, Melinda (Chris) Hess, nephew, John Michael Hess and niece Chloe Hess all of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by a host of other family members and her beloved "babies" - boxers Max and Xena. In keeping with her wishes, there will be a simple graveside service for family members only at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens in Rural Retreat, VA at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 4th, 2012. Friends may visit at the Riggle Home in Wytheville. It is Phyllis's stated wish that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any organization dedicated to finding cures for Ovarian Cancer or to the charity of your choice .
