Lawrence E. Day. 70. of 744
Lexington Way. Burlingame.
He died Saturday at his
home of an illness.
A native of Maine. Day
had lived in this county for
35 years. He was a retired
key radio operator for 45
years for the International
Telephone and Telegraph Co.
Day was a member of the
Society of Wireless Pioneers,
He is survived by his
widow. Mrs. Grace Day of
Burlingame. He was the
father of the late David Day.
and is survived by a brother.
Reginald Day of Lockport.
N.V.: a sister. Mrs. Doris
Franklin of Grass Valley,
and a granddaughter.
The Rev. Leth Davidson of
the First Baptist Church of
San Mateo will officiate.
Inurnment will be private.
