Signe died at her home in Monterey after a period of failing health. She was a resident of Monterey for 34 years, and formerly lived in Alameda and San Francisco. She and her husband, Carl Jones, were owners of Mission Photo Service at 399 Pacific St., Monterey. Mrs. Jones was a charter member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church and a member of the Monterey Chapter, OES 239, and the American-Scandinavian Association. She was survived by her husband and daughter, Mrs. Robert (Betty) L. Weeks of West Vancouver, B.C.; two sisters, Gudrun Fossum of Norway and Mrs. Borghild Wissler of Santa Monica; two brothers in Norway, John and Thormoud Fossum, and four grandchildren.
