GILBERT, JAMES WELDON "Jim" (Age 76)
Of Alexandria, VA, passed away Friday, October 21, 2005 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Lana (Holcomb) Gilbert, whom he married October 14, 1989. Mr. Gilbert is also survived by two brothers, Gerald Gilbert of Potomac, MD and Jack Gilbert of Aiken, SC; three children, Bradford Gilbert of New Orleans, LA, Robin Pelley of Martinsburg, WV and Christopher Gilbert of Hood River, OR; and two grandsons, Dean Pelley and Ashton Gilbert. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon on Thursday, October 27 at the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. Route 15 N. in Frederick, where a celebration of Jim's life will take place at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alexandria Adult Day Services, 1108 Jefferson St., Alexandria, VA 22314 or to the Alzheimer's Association, 1-800-272-2345.
