A graveside service for Hazel Virginia Buffington, 88, of Granbury was held Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, in Woodland Park Cemetery in Mineral Wells.
Mrs. Buffington died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004, born June 18, 1916 in Fort Worth to John and Mary Armstrong Drake.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Mineral Wells VFW with her husband.
Her husband, Philip Buffington, preceded her in death.
Survivors are niece Barbara Randolph and Dorothy Todd of Granbury; step-sons, Ross Buffington of Mill Valley, Calif. and Robert Darling, Sr. of Fortuna, Calif.; sister, Ruth James of Granbury; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Wiley Funeral Home of Granbury was in charge of arrangements.
