August Zolk, South 18th street, is a patient at the Holy Family hospital. He
underwent an operation a few days ago.

August Zolk, 43, of 903 South 18th street, died this morning after a week's
illness.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Pfeffer funeral home,
the Rev. Paul Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Zolk was born at Liberty in 1895 and when a young man located in this city.
He was employed at the Aluminum Goods company for a number of years. Nineteen
years ago he married Miss Emma Bauer.
Survivors are the widow; two brothers, John and Harvey, city; six sisters, Mrs.
James Reindl, Mrs. Frank Hempel, Mrs Frank Zich, all of Manitowoc, Mrs. Leo
Hein, Michigan, Mrs William Meyer, Two Rivers, and Mrs. Victor Meyer, Francis
Creek.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Sunday noon until the hour of
the services Monday.
