Charles Earl Davidson and Lillian May Tucker were the first couple ever to get married in the newly formed Lincoln County at its Courthouse in Shoshone, Idaho on April 4, 1913


Charles Earl Davidson was a man of honesty and integrity. He held a profession as cook, barber, tailor, and owned a small store in Twin Falls, Idaho which is in service today (30 Aug 2012). In his older years he sold this store not by written document and signature, but by a simple handshake. Although he was not religious he was a man of his word.
