Anna W. Cromer, 81, formerly of Mountain View Road, Mt. Holly Springs, died Saturday, July 22, 2000, at the Church of God Home, Carlisle.
Born April 2, 1919, in Pine Grove Furnace, she was daughter of the late John and Edna Warren Sowers and widow of John James Cromer, who died Feb. 9, 1991.
Mrs. Cromer was a member of the Golden Age Club of Mt. Holly Springs.
She is survived by two sons, George Cromer and Ronald Cromer, both of Carlisle; a daughter, Barbara Shope of Mechanicsburg; a brother, Glenn Sowers of Mt. Holly Springs; a sister, Lottie Oyler of Carlisle; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Sowers and Robert Sowers.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Gibson-Hollinger Funeral Home, 501 N. Baltimore Avenue, Mt. Holly Springs, with the Rev. William Groff officiating. Interment in the Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Township.
