Mrs. Steven Degetaire, the former Evelyn Weber, 48, native of New Iberia and a resident of Jeanerette, passed away at 9 a.m. Monday at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lionel Weber Sr. and Merlice Noel Weber and a brother, Gerald Weber.
She was survived by her husband, Steven Degetaire; two sons, Corey Degetaire and wife Erin and Robin Degetaire; a daughter, Erika Degetaire; a granddaughter, Lily Degetaire; a sister, Juilet Weber and three brothers, Lionel Weber Jr., Harold and James Weber.
Services will be conducted at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with the Rev. Augustinus Seran officating.
Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery.
