On July 20, 2012, Paul T. Riegert passed away. Born in Camden on November 17, 1941 at Cooper Hospital, Paul was a graduate of Delaware Township High School and Trenton State College. Paul was the past Grand Knight of the Marian Council No. 3784 Knights of Columbus in Cherry Hill. He was a former District Deputy and a Color Corps member of the Bishop Justin J. McCarthy No. 1748 4th Degree Assembly. His membership in numerous organizations and clubs also included the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the National Watch and Clock Collectors Association, the National Society of Washington Family Descendants and the Pennsylvania Railroad Technical and Historical Society.
Paul's Catholic faith was very important to him and he was a long time active member and usher of Holy Eucharist Parish in Cherry Hill.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Victoria (nee Jordan). He was predeceased by his beloved first wife and the mother of his children, Barbara (nee Rezanka). Paul was the older son of Dorothea (nee Moore) and the late, Emil Riegert. He is the brother of Theodore (Dawn) Riegert. He is the father of two daughters, Christine (Frank) Thomas and Carolyn (Scott) McNamee. He is Pop-Pop of Vanessa, Nicole and Matthew Thomas.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 PM and again Wednesday morning from 9:15 - 10:15 AM at the HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 9 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 11:00 AM, at Holy Eucharist Church, 344 Kresson Road, Cherry Hill. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
