MOWEAQUA - Lester Joseph ''Pollock'' Chrostowski 39, of Moweaqua died 1:25 a.m. Monday (Feb. 24, 1997) in Taylorville. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Moweaqua, with visitation one hour before services. Burial will be in Bilyeu Cemetery, Moweaqua. Memorials: to the family. Joseph was born in Chicago on Jan. 6, 1958, the son of Alex S. and Mildred Anderson Chrostowski. He married Sally Marie Dial in Taylorville on Sept 25, 1996. Surviving are his wife; four children; stepson, Michael Dial of Moweaqua; stepdaughter, Monica Balderrama of Moweaqua; sisters, Jessica Bereta and husband Leon of Chicago; Frances of Chicago; brothers, Morrie and Wally and wife Diane, all of North Carolina; Larry Regan and wife Marry-Ann of Chicago; half brothers, Dickie, Stanley, Garold, Donald and Billy; nephew, Stanley; niece, Michelle; other nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. He will be greatly missed by many friends, family, his dogs, Sweet Pea and Killer, and his cat, Yamaha. Rest peacefully, my Angel.
