Funeral services for Virginia Faye Bain, age 78 of Flintville, will be conducted Friday at 10 AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Cleo Moon officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Ms. Bain passed away Tuesday afternoon at Huntsville Hospital.
She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Harrison Lafayette and Carrie Henderson Crabtree, was a former employee of Serbin Fashion and Lee Manufacturing. Ms. Bain was of the Protestant Faith.
Survivors include a son Mark Bain of AL, daughter-in-law Judy Bain of Flintville, grandchildren Jennifer and Katie Bain of Flintville, Daniel Bain of Tuscaloosa and Michael Bain of Bay Minette, AL and their mother Beth and sister Brooke, nephew Harry Crabtree of Flintville and several other nieces and nephews.
Ms. Bain was preceded in death by son Scott Bain.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday evening 5-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
