BELVA C. BRIDENBAUGH
Mrs. Bridenbaugh, 93, of 108 E. Edison Ave.. New Castle,
formerly of Martinsburg. died at 10:10 p.m. Friday, March 19,1982, in Jameson Hospital, New Castle, after an extended illness.

Mrs. Bridenbaugh retired as a school teacher In Blair County.

She was born Aug. 28,1888, in Martinsburg, the daughter of
Joseph and Hannah (Burget)Crissman. and married Philip
H. Bridenbaugh.

Surviving are her husband, three children: Mrs. Betty
Fagler of Hopwood, J. Ross of Rochester, N.Y., and Mrs.
Audrey Mills of New Castle; nine grandchildren and to
great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Bridenbaugh was a member of the First Presbyterian
Church, New Castle. She was also a member of the
20th Century Bible Class, Order of Eastern Star, Shenango
Chapter, where she was past matron; Wimodausis Rainbow
Council. New Castle YMCA, Hoyt Institute, Jameson Hospital
Ladles Auxiliary and Lawrence County Retired Teachers
Association. She was a 1911 graduate of Irving College.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
