Bernice Berry, 77, of Weatherford, died Sunday, June 14, 2009 in the local hospital. Bernice was born August 17, 1931 in Weatherford where she was a life long resident.

She was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother, Bernice loved sewing, loving her grandchildren and loved to help in wedding planning. Graduate of Weatherford High School, Texas Class of 1948
She was a faithful member of South Main Church of Christ.

Bernice is survived by his daughters, Merlene Berry of Weatherford, Darlene Ward and husband Raymond of Trophy Club, Arlene Shelton and husband Kenneth of Weatherford and Maylene Cooper and husband James of Fort Worth; sister, Melba Williams and husband Charlie of New Mexico; grandchildren, Michiel, Krystal, Chris, Timothy, David, Kyle and Keri; great grandchildren; Evie, Lana, Luke, Mario and Joseph.

Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.

Interment in Tin Top Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
