Laura Mae Bradley 90 of Boaz passed away Wednesday December 30th.
She is proceeded in death by her husband of 67 years James Lester (Leck) Bradley. Mae was one of 13 children of Oscar and Susie Shirley.
Born in Fort Payne Alabama in 1930. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Mae was a great cook, seamstress and gardener. She loved planting and maintaining, and sharing her flowers with everyone. She live in Boaz most of her life where she worked and retired from HDLee. Her and Leck were avid campers all there lives and enjoyed traveling.
She spent her last year at Oak landing Assisted living in Attalla. She loved the people and caretakers there.
She leaves behind her children Linda Walker, Oneonta, Robert (Bobby) Bradley, Jacksonville, Janice(Charlie) Nunn, Boaz and Kathy(Alan) Maddox of Gadsden. 4 Grandchildren, Michael Fowler, Kassy Hall, Tanner Maddox, Whitney Waddell, and 10 great grandchildren. One sister Ruth Lavine of Huntsville.
The Family would like to thank Dr's Debra and Andrew Reiland, Mike Smith with Kindred home health and hospice, Jerry Paul Tinsley of Oaklanding AssistedLiving, Care takers Jodie, Gina, Tru, Tonya and Charlie at Oaklanding and all the wonderful caregivers there.
She will have a Visitation Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Etowah Memorial Chapel from 12 until 2 The Family Has chosen cremation to follow.
