Chadwick -- Edward G. Aude, 43, died Tuesday morning in Freeport Memorial Hospital, where he underwent surgery last week. Mr. Aude was self-employed as an operator of farm harvesting machinery. Survivors include his widow [Lavonne], a daughter, Barbara; a son, DeWayne, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Aude, Mount Carroll; four brothers, John, Lanark, Lester, Mount Carroll, Herman Jr. and Charles, Chadwick; and two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Webber, Mount Carroll, and Mrs. Grace Barnett, Freeport. Services will be at 2 plm. Thursday in First Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Chadwick Cemetery. Friends may call in the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
