Garland Eugene Bull age 86 of Dardanelle died Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 4, 1926 at Centerville to the late Roy F. and Ioma Mae Harlow Bull.
He was a WWII Navy Veteran and Engineering Technologist for Dow Chemical for 20 years and was the founder and organizer of the Arkansas Inventors Congress where he had numerous patents.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Lou Ella Bull; four brothers, Herman Bull, Faye Bull, Clifford Bull, Jimmy Bull; one sister, Maggie Williams.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Raymond McGuire of Dardanelle; sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Debra-Jean Bull of Lake Jackson, TX, Roy and Phyllis Bull of Dardanelle, Bill and Rhonda Bull of Dardanelle; two sisters, Rose White of Washington State, Ruth Hill of Perryville; numerous grand, great grand, great great grand children, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, July 9, 2012 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Visitation will be held Sunday, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the chapel.
