Obituary:
ELKO, S.C. -- Mr. John "Johnny" Bell, 74, of Owens Street, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1998, at his residence.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, with the Revs. Dean Reynolds, Rick Wade and Frank Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Williston Cemetery.
Mr. Bell, a native of Barnwell County, was a mechanic. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Rosemary Baptist Church, Williston.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Brinson Bell; a daughter, Joan B. McKinney, Augusta; a brother, Henry Bell, Williston; two sisters, Christine B. Skinner, Elko, and Ellen B. Hawes, Barnwell; and two grandchildren.
