On the 1860 census in Morgan County Ohio, Samuel is listed with wife Elizabeth age 39, and son James 21, his mother Mary age 72. His father Issac had died July 29, 1831 in Morgan County, Ohio. Not for sure where he is buried, but may be in Janes Cemetery. That is where Mary Jane was buried when she died. Issac and Mary married in 1807, Ohio.
