B, [124 NYSV,] September 5, 1862; promoted sergeant no date; wounded in action, May 12, 1864, at Spotsylvania, Va. and June 18, 1864, before Petersburg, Va.; discharged, April 18, 1865, at Lovell Hospital, Portsmouth Grove, R. I."
