MISS MARGARET LOVE COOPER, 101, of Avalon died Saturday, Oct. 22, in Stephens County Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Rev. William Arminius and Sarah Elizabeth Payne Cooper and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a member of Confidence United Methodist Church and of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, three with whom she made her home, Miss Ruth McBath, Ralph McBath and Cecil McBath.
The funeral was Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Ryan Seawright and Rev. Russell Repetske officiating. Burial was in Confidence United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bert Taylor, Little Thomas, Ilon Coker, Mark Winsor, Nathan Weaver and Bobby Craven.
