Mr. Ruttkey was an estimable young merchant of less than thirty years. He was until recently, and we presume at the time of his death, with the house of Duncan & Sherman. His mother was a lady of remarkable character, and took an active part in the political affairs of Hungary. Gen. Kossath, the Hungarian patriot, was an uncle to Mr. Ruttkey.
