According to the Death Certificate, Nina was 11 months old, when she died of "Acute Nephritis and Enterocolitis complicating Whooping Cough", she had the Nephritis and Enterocolitis for 16 days and the Whooping Cough for 1 month. NOTE the headstone shows May 1, 1913 as date of death. The Death Certificate shows she died on April 30, 1913 at 6:15am. The Death Certificate was signed by Wm H Cobb, MD, on 5-01-1913. It also lists burial as April 30, 1913.
