Deborah A. Rumsey, 64, of Villa Grove died at 10 a.m. Friday (June 22, 2012) at home.
She was born Sept. 11, 1947 in New Brunswick, Canada, a daughter of John (Douglas) Bruce and Kathleen Ann Fraser Hopey Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother John "Douglas" Bruce Hopey Jr. She married John Andrew Rumsey on Sept. 9, 1967. He survives.
Also surviving are three sons, William Frederick (Lora) Rumsey, Michael Shannon (Amy Jo) Rumsey and David Lee (Julie Ann) Richards; grandchildren Vanessa Rumsey, Alexander David Richards, Jeremy Michael Rumsey and Elizabeth Marian Rumsey; brother, Fraser Alexander "Sandy" Hopey and sisters, Kathy Wesson, Margaret Doyle and Patricia Gail Hopey.
