Mrs. Glenn Harris, 75, 1314 S. 28th St., died Wednesday evening at Ellen's Convalescent Health Center where she had resided since Jan. 16. She had been ill for two years with cancer.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Bruce Memorial Chapel. Elder James Hiner, with the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Humboldt, will officiate. Burial will be in the Washington Township Cemetery at Duncombe. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.

Surviving are her husband, Glenn; children, George, San Antonio, Texas; Stephen, Ronald and Mrs. William (Sharon) Spirek, all of Fort Dodge; Mrs. Charles (Edna) Laury, Danville, Ill.; Robert, Osage Beach, Mo.; 17 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Stephen (Florence) Newport, West Union, Ill.; Mrs. Blanche Cook, Paris, Ill., and Mrs. Myrtle Finney, Marshall, Ill.

Edna Marie Van Devender was born at Duncombe and attended the Blanchard School in Webster County, south of Duncombe. She graduated from high school in Webster City in 1927, and then taught at Blanchard School for a time before her marriage in 1928 to Glenn Harris, at Lehigh. For the past 43 years they had made their home in Fort Dodge.

Mrs. Harris was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Humboldt.
