Alice Scott, 101, formerly of this area, died Sept. 12, 1994, in a nursing home in Tonganoxie, Kan., where she lived.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Alden-Harrington Chapel, Bonner Springs; burial in the Bonner Springs Cemetery .
Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel. Mrs. Scott was born Sept. 3, 1893, in Kansas City, Kan., and lived in this area most of her life; she moved to Tonganoxie four years ago. She was a member of the Piper Baptist Church, Piper in Wyandotte County. Her husband, Walter Scott, died in 1962. Survivors include three sons, Charles Scott, Tonganoxie, LeRoy Scott, Piper, and Marvin Scott, Dodge City, Kan.; three daughters, Pauline Fry, Tonganoxie, Elizabeth Knox, Wallace, Mo., and Loretta Groseclose, Kansas City, Kan.; 25 grandchildren; 95 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
