In August through December 1994, he and Stephen Gilmore did a comprehensive inventory of the gravestones on the West side, Ancient section of the Long Plain cemetery in Acushnet Massachusetts. A book was put together due to their efforts with descriptions, locations, dimensions and inscriptions of all the stone they found at that time. During that time, some stone were removed, repaired and replaced, other stone were just reset in place.
