He died at his home, 85 Russell St., after a lengthy illness. His funeral was held at his home, with a high mass of requiem held at St. Frances de Sales' Church. Internment was on the 4th.
His will was written the day before he died and probated Sep. 6th.
Note: 1) His middle name was given as both Arthur and Joseph. 2) There is a possible baptism for him on Mar. 31, 1861, in Castletownroche. 3) DOB given maybe incorrect.
