Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Inez Ogilbee, age 84, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Starkey and Major Pat Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.

Mrs. Ogilbee died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Humboldt Manor Nursing Rehab Center.

She was born on August 28, 1927 in Henderson County, TN. The daughter of the late Unice Earl Whittle and Dora Buck Whittle. She attended Henderson County Schools and was a member of the Salvation Army Church.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Leon Ogilbee, whom she married on October 24, 1953; her daughter, Patricia Tebbetts; her grandson, William Lee Ogilbee; her brothers, Earl Whittle and Charlie Whittle; and her sister, Linda Faye Whittle.

Surviving are her daughter, Betty Middleton and husband David of Jackson; her sons, Ricky Ogilbee and wife Sue of Jackson, and Jimmy Ogilbee of Honolulu, Hawaii; sisters, Doris Sullins of Pineville, AR and Donna Starkey of Hammond, IN; brother, Earnest Whittle of Gary, IN; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers for the service will be D.J. Middleton, James Tebbetts, John Holman, John Christian, Jackie Weaver, Bill Foust, Robert Tebbetts and King Polvado.

Friends may visit with the family from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
