Kayla Neveah Garcia went to be with the Lord, May 9, 2012 at the age of 4. She is preceded in death by her great grandparents Serapio and Carmen Garcia.
Visitation will begin, Tuesday, May 15, 2012, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at St. Jude Catholic Church.

Four-year-old girl who was allegedly beaten by her mother and her mother's boyfriend has died from her injuries at the hospital around 6:30 Wednesday evening. She was taken to the hospital on Monday. Little Kayla had bruises and severe head injury.
