Adam Davis Shaw, 32, of Tollesboro, died Monday, May 7, 2012, in Lexington.
He was born June 6, 1979, in Maysville, to Rick "Skeeter" Shaw and Sonia G. Thomas Shaw.
He was a graduate of Lewis County High School. Mr. Shaw was a farmer and a member of the Tollesboro Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kristan Esham Shaw, paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Jane Shaw, and his aunt, Rose Shaw.
He is survived by Kaidan Davis Shaw and Karys Delaney Shaw; a brother, Zachary Thomas Shaw; grandparents, Billy and Glenda Thomas of Tollesboro; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 11, 2012, at the Tollesboro Christian Church, Tollesboro. Pastor Scott Pugh will officiate. Burial will follow in the Millersburg Cemetery in Millersburg.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Tollesboro Christian Church.
Pallbearers will be: Zach Shaw, Kaidan Shaw, Ed Lanthorn, Jim Shaw, Dwight Shaw, Nick Shaw, Scott Osborne, David Williamson, and Jeremy Hampton.
Honorary pallbearers are: Chris Shaw, Todd Bane, Dale Liles, Brian Polley, Stacy Lykins, Josh Castle, Joey Collins, and Jodi Applegate.
