Cora Belle Weathersbee Coda, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at the age of 89. Mrs. Coda was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph T. Coda, and is survived by five children, ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
The family has strong comfort in the knowledge that Cora is now with our Lord and Savior, but they are, of course, feeling the loss of their mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Born in Hassel, North Carolina on Nov. 15, 1922
Departed on May 1, 2012 and resided in Kensington, MD.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph T. Coda. Beloved mother of Mary Ann Boyce, Joanne (Evan) Barnett, John J. (Colleen) Coda, Thomas (Peggy) Coda and Kathleen C. (Robert) Frazier.
