Guadalupe Agado, 97, of Denton, died Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at her home.

She was born December 3, 1910 in Mexico to Eugneio Benavidez and Maria De La Luz Torres Benavidez. She was married to Ignacio Agado on January 20, 1933 in Matamoros, Mexico. He died September 22, 1969. She was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 1, 2008 in the Immaculate Church with Father James Flynn and Deacon Emelio 'PO PO' Gonzales, officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park.

The family will be at the Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz & Son Funeral Home for visitation from 7-9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 31, with a Rosary at 8:00 p.m.

Mrs. Agado is survived by daughters, Josefina Nunez of Immokalee, FL, Margarita Rosales of Denton, Ana Posada of Immokalee, FL, and Guadalupe Reyna of Edinburg; sons, Ignacio Agado, Immokalee, FL and Juan Jose Agado of Dallas; 34 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildrn and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
