ELY FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD TODAY
Funeral services for Dorothy Ely, daughter of John Ely, Champaign fire chief, and Mrs. Ely, 706 West White Street, Champaign, who died Sunday afternoon of acute dilation of the heart, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon, in her home. The Rev. J. H. Cozad will officiate. Burial will be made in the Roselawn cemetery.
Per another obit, she died suddenly at 3 o'clock Sunday from acute dilation of the heart, of which she had been a victim since the age of 11. She was ill Saturday afternoon, with a severe cold when she returned from her work at the Illinois Stadium office.
