Survivors: wife, Harriet L.; sons, Charles G. of Winston-Salem, N.C., Stephen D. of York, Pa., Daniel B., Donald B., both of Hutchinson; brother, Donald W. of San Antonio; sister, Virginia Applebee of Norco, Calif.; five grandchildren.
