Eva Beth Montgomery Carder

Eva Beth Montgomery Carder, age 81, entered into rest February 16, 2007 in Amarillo, Texas. She was born May 28, 1925 in Midland, Texas, and was raised in the Marathon, Texas area.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Carder, Jr. and son Dickson Carder.

She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved the outdoors and gardening. Through the years her husband and her lived in Texas and California. While living in Texas some of their years were spent living on various ranches around the Del Rio area. She resided in Amarillo, Texas with her loving son Cecil Carder, III.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Mrs. Katy Louise Homrig of Bellflower, CA; son Cecil Irby Carder III of Amarillo, Tx; four grandchildren: James Miller, III and Gina Plascencia both of Long Beach, CA; Kara Carder of Eugene, OR and Jason Carder of Wedderburn, OR.

Beth had a sister Elizabeth Eaton and brother Thomas Montgomery, both of Midland, TX; also three nephews, one niece, three great-grandchildren and two great-nieces.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, February 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Carta Valley Cemetery, the Rev. Francis Graves, officiating.
