Rev. Dennis Delton Woodruff, 31, of Parsons, Kansas, died at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans on Wednesday, April 29th.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Tullos United Pentecostal Church with Revs. Gove Walker, Anthony Mangun and Donnye Cooper, officiating.
Burial followed in the Forest Lawn Cemetery of Pineville under direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Cheryl Cheek Woodruff of Parsons; two daughters, Charla Victoria Woodruff of Parsons and Tiffany Dawn Woodruff of Monroe; his mother, Mrs. Marlene Allen Woodruff of Jena; a sister, Mrs. Deborah Woodruff Smith of Vidalia; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Maudie Woodruff of Urania; maternal grandparents, U. V. and Odell Gray of Jena; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Ricky Allen, Bill Stump, Harold McGaha, Roger Bordelon, Lyle Schelie and Buck Bruce.
