Wilson N. Holley, 81, passed away Monday, November 28, 2005 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born April 3, 1924 in Jefferson, South Carolina to Burrel Needham and Cornel (Hammond) Holley. Wilson was united in marriage on May 10, 1947 in Oklahoma City to Pauline Manuel. Wilson served his country proudly in the United States Army. He was the supervisor of street maintenance for the City of Oklahoma City for 20 years before retiring in 1979. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, camping, and working on cars. He is survived by his wife of the home, Pauline; one daughter, Thelma Holley of OKC; three grandchildren, Cher Willis of OKC, Charles E. Garrett, III and wife Jeanetta of Golden, OK, and Tammie P. Willis and husband Ronald of Holly Creek, OK; six great grandchildren, Rodney Willis, Jr., Leshia Kay Garrett, Charles Joseph Willis, Shawn Levi Garrett, Hunter Willis and Aron Willis; and one nephew, William Wesley Holley of S.C. He is preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Patsy Garrett on February 6, 2003; and one brother, Wesley Holley. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 2, 2005 in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
