Mrs. J.E. Whittaker Succumbs Suddenly to Heart Attack


HAYFORD, Wash., May 21.—Mrs. J.E. Whittaker, 52, of Reitmeier, died suddenly last evening from an attack of heart trouble. She had been in her usual health during the day, but complained of feeling tired and was stricken shortly after completing the evening's work.

Mrs. Whittaker resided in the community about 25 years, coming here with her family from Missouri. She is survived by two sons, Dawson Whittaker, Spokane; Boyce Whittaker, Hayford, and a daughter, Mrs. Ollie Hughes, Reitmeier; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Caudill, Hayford, and several brothers and sisters.
