Charlotte P. Edwards, 60, formerly of Hamilton, passed away Sunday in Conway, South Carolina with her loving husband at her side.
Born in Hungary, Mrs. Edwards came to the United States in 1975. She was a longtime resident of Hamilton having retired to Conway, South Carolina seven months ago. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Edwards was employed by Trenton Corrugated Products as an administrative analyst.
Mrs. Edwards loved the beach and the outdoors. Because she loved traveling, she and her husband traveled the United States and Europe extensively.
Predeceased by her brother, Atilla Papp and her brother-in-law, Kevin Lee Edwards; Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, John T. Edwards, Jr.; her mother, Erzebet Papp; her brothers, Laszlo Papp and his wife, Agnes, and Janos Papp; her sisters, Erzebet Makai and Vali Horvath; her mother in law, Arlene Edwards Burkley, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday 2:00 pm at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Colonial Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
