Delilah "Dee" Allen 62, of Lincoln died at 3:10 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 1995 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. She worked at Lincoln Developmental Center for 15 years. She was a member of Atlanta Christian Church, the VFW Auxiliary, Women of the Moose and Eagles Auxiliary. She was born Nov. 8, 1932 in Atlanta, the daughter of Wade and Pauline Howe. She married Harold "Shadow" Allen in 1970 in Atlanta. He died March 21, 1991. Survivors include two sons, Tim Fink of Clinton, Mo., and Richard Fink of Lincoln; one daughter, Paula Palivos of Atlanta; six grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by two sisters and one grandson. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Holland & Barry Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Andreasen officiating. Burial will be in Atlanta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Dr. Wayne J. Schall Hospice at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
