MRS. MARTHA V. HIGH

BEAVER — Mrs. Martha V. High, 84, of Beaver, a former resident of New Millport, died at her home this morning following an extended illness.

Born March 9, 1872, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Mary (Schoening) Erhard, formerly of, New Millport and Windber. She was the widow of J. S. High, who died in 1952.

Mrs. High is survived by the following sons and daughters:

Robert V., Forest Hills, N. Y.; Philip B., Beaver; Mrs. J. R. (Flo) Donahoe, Charlotte, N. C.; Mary Zoe, at home; Mrs. John (Hollis) Lloyd, Windber; and Fern L., at home.

Two brothers and three sisters also survive along with nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. They are: Lynn Erhard, Pittsburgh; Arthur Erhard, Windbcr; Mrs. Nellie Vance, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Mrs. H. E. Strunk, Windber; and Mrs. Leta Jurick, Johnstown.

Funeral services will be held from the Meek Funeral Home, Windber, Friday at 2 p. m. with interment to follow in Richland Cemetery, Geistown.

Friends will be received at the J. T. Anderson and Sons Funeral Home, Beaver, after 7:30 p. m. today where services will be held at 8:30 p. m. Wednesday and the body will then be taken to Windber where friends will be received at the Meek Funeral Home Thursday after 2 p. m.
