Minnie Rebecca Hall 93,of Sherman, Texas died Thursday September 25,2003 in a Savoy, Texas care center. Mrs. Hall was born August 9,1910 in Bowie County, Texas. She was a retired schoolteacher and member of DeKalb First Baptist Church, Order of the Eastern Star and Retired Teachers Association. She was preceaded in death by her husbands, Coy Burden and Roscoe Hall; and one son, Sam Hall III. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Norma Jo and Doug Carter of Odessa, Texas; and Kaye and Carl Adams of Sherman; one brother, Travis Shafer of Grand Saline, Texas; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Cristel Duncan of DeKalb; and Iva Joy and Bob Shaver
of Austin; seven grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m.Sunday at Bates-Rolf Funeral Home Chapel with R.E. Mosely and Robby Bates officiating.
